What These Cover
These terms cover this website and the estimate requests made through it. The work itself is governed by the written contract you sign before we start, and that contract controls if the two ever disagree.
Information On This Site
The pages here describe how we work and what we look for. They are not a diagnosis of your roof and not a quote. Nothing on this site creates a warranty. What your roof needs gets decided after somebody stands on it.
Estimates
Submitting the form asks us for a visit. It does not commit you to anything and it does not commit us to a price. Prices we give you in writing are good for the period stated on the estimate. Work found after tear-off, such as rotted decking, is priced as a written change order before we carry on.
Photographs
We photograph roofs during inspections and while we work, and we use those photos on this site and in our marketing. We do not publish your address, your name or anything that identifies your property. Tell us if you would rather we did not photograph your job and we will not.
Insurance Work
We document damage and write the scope in the language carriers estimate in. We do not negotiate your claim for you, we are not public adjusters, and we will not absorb, rebate or waive your deductible. That last one is a crime in Texas and we will not do it.
Licensing
Texas does not license roofing contractors. Anyone telling you they hold a Texas roofing licence is describing something that does not exist. We carry insurance and will send you the certificate on request.
This Website
The text and photographs here are ours. Do not republish them. We may change these terms, and the version on this page at the time is the one that applies. Texas law governs them.
