What We Collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, email, property address and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not buy contact data and we do not sell yours.
How We Use It
To call you back, schedule the visit and write your estimate. Nothing else. It stays inside the company and goes to the people working your job.
Phone, Text and Email Consent
The estimate form asks you to agree to be contacted by phone, text or email. That consent covers your enquiry and the job that follows it. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your number with anyone. Reply STOP to any text to end messages, or tell us on the phone and we will note it. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and which buttons they use. It records things like the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are and what kind of device you used. It does not tell us who you are. Your browser settings can block it.
How Long We Keep It
Estimate requests are kept while we are working with you and afterwards as the business record of the job. If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, tell us and we will delete it.
Deleting Your Information
Call (817) 646-6383 or email [email protected] and ask. We will confirm when it is done.
Other Companies
The form is delivered by an email form service and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. They handle the message in transit. Nobody else receives your details.
