What We Check
- Field shingles, ridges, hips and valleys for granule loss, bruising and creasing
- Every penetration. Pipe boots are the most common leak on a DFW roof and the cheapest thing to fix
- Chimney, wall and step flashing, and any low slope transition
- Gutters, downspouts and fascia, and where the water actually goes
- The attic from underneath, for daylight, staining and wet insulation
- Ceilings and walls below, with moisture readings where staining shows
What You Get
- Photos of every issue, labeled by location
- Written condition findings in plain language
- Our call on repair against replace, with the reasoning
- Claim documentation if the damage supports one
When We Tell You Not To Buy
It happens regularly. A roof with granule loss and eight good years left does not need replacing because a door knocker said so. If that is what we find, that is what the report says.
What Inspections Turn Up
Real findings from real DFW roofs.

Active leak? Call instead of filling in the form
Call and you get someone who has been on a roof, not a call center.
