That means manufacturer stock rather than whatever a truck happened to be carrying, current shingle lines and colors you can actually match, and the paperwork a manufacturer wants to see if a warranty claim is ever filed.
It also means we are a real account with a real distributor. Ask any contractor bidding your roof where they buy their material. The ones who cannot answer are buying it retail or working out of somebody else’s truck.
