Your job
One crew lead owns it. You get a name and a number, and that person is on your property.
Insurance
We document damage and write scope. We do not file your claim, negotiate your settlement, or touch your deductible. Waiving a deductible is a crime in Texas and anyone offering it is telling you what else they will do with your money.
Change orders
If we open the deck and find rot, work stops and you approve the change in writing first. You will never learn about extra cost from the final invoice.
Cleanup
Daily, plus a magnet sweep of the drive and lawn before we call it done.
Warranty
You get the workmanship warranty in writing before we start, and we register the manufacturer warranty in your name when the job closes. If we cannot say what it covers in one sentence, it is not written right yet.
